About the Founder
Marci Taylor, also known as Taylor Hayes on WNIL 107.5FM, has over 20 years of experience in the radio industry. She began her journey as a receptionist and worked through various departments, where she accumulated broadcasting and voiceover experience along the way. Currently she's the General Manager of WSMK/WNIL She's also the host of "A Journey With Women Who Boss Up" and the CEO of We Bossy Productions.
